1. Spawn in a small ship with radar jammer
2. Spawn in another small ship as pirate, preferably something that will take a while to deplete the first ships shields.
3. Let the small ship fire on you for a few moments
4. Toggle on the radar jammer
5. AI aim should be completely unaffected
