A way similar to the rail speed controller to get signals out of a storage controller when the block is 10%, 20%, 30% etc full. It would give a lot more control than "nothing" "something" and "Full" Feature Request: - work like rail speed controllers. - You set up a "sensor" (name has to be defined), and according to enabled activation modules you define a range from 0-100%, - this can then be connected to storage to detect their storage amount, - shields, power and eventually weapons to read and detect their chargestate.
