When translating something, there are always words that cannot be translated because they are either names or the translation is the original letter for letter.
The language editor ignores that, and claims that it wasn't translated at all, with no option to override it.
To reproduce:
#open the language editor, and create a new language pack
#translate a few entries, observe as everything works fine
#translate an entry, which's translation would be the same as the original(e.g. `Yhole`)
#observe as it is not recognized as translated, and that there is no way of overriding the state
