This happened to me last night, but it started while I was logged in but digging a tunnel. I got stuck, logged out and then back in again, and the planet facet was rotated 60 degrees. I got it back to normal after a few additional restarts.

I also restored the faction module on that planet facet (segment) so I will see if it remains stable now.

After logging out and back in a couple of times, the planet facet with the sky hook has rotated again, and is now back to the correct orientation.
