i think our server is having this issue as well that or its [T1271] effecting us.

Sounds like a support problem to me not as if it is a bug.
did you use Version v16?
where did you place it? avoid folders protected by the OS like Programs or Desktop.
the same goes for the install folder for the game itself.
what exactly is the error? could you supply a screenshot?
