Starmade | Clicking UI features still causes activation of hotbar items.

Description

When using the chat, faction, shop, and structure tabs, clicking on any item in those windows will cause any currently selected items in the hotbars to fire. Ex. have cannons selected in hotbar, open chat, click on the chat window and the cannons will fire.
