Starmade | Blocks show black patterns and invisibility without bloom enabled at a distance

Description

Probably something with my AMD card again, noticed it when I tried turning off bloom with the white lines around lens flare bug. This doesn't happen on my nvidia based laptop.
Blocks close by seem to be fine (<10m or so) but at a distance certain parts of ship will become invisible and black patterns will sweep across blocks when you move.

in Starmade Connection Setup -> Settings -> Show advanced settings

Toggle "Use Frame Buffers" to ON
