Starmade | Version 0.19476 forces 64-bit systems to use 64-bit Java

Description

After upgrading to 0.19476 (latest version), one PC stopped working at all. Rolling back to the previous version let it run, reinstalling 0.19476 made it crash at 100% loaded. For some reason, I'd never got around to installing 64-bit Java and StarMade was running fine with just 32-bit Java on 64-bit Windows 10. After installing 64-bit Java, it started running again.

Not a huge bug, but something mildly irritating because of how long it took to track down due to lack of descriptive bug messages. The error message was a vague graphics error.
