Starmade | Ships docked to planet have astronaut alignment filliped 90 degees
Closed, RejectedPublic

Description

When a ship is docked to a planet and exiting the ship core, logging back in, or even after activating the gravity module on a ship and walking around inside of the ship for a bit, the astronaut will loose the effect of gravity, and align 90 degrees . Hitting spacebar will align the player not again to this odd orientation that has no relation to the planet's plate gravity, or the actual constructed alignment of the ship/ship core. This happens on both small and larger ships.

This is quite annoying for some of us crazy people that like challenge of building planetary bases and ships that must dock and take off from planets.

Do you have a specific place, combination where this happens?
Either a screenshot of a buggy location (showing docked entity and plate), or if you have a server, and location we can join there and examine this.

Looks like this only happens on this ice world where gravity is a little wonky. Randomly when walking on the planet I'll be outside of the effect of gravity and be able to fly around until I cross over to the next plate.

Oh, yeah, on the next plate it sometimes takes a few blocks until the new orientation takes over,
so its a bit like you fell on your back until you turn.

Are you sure its different on iceworlds?
