As the titel states, one can linke cargo and docking rail on one entity and then cargo and docking rail on the other entity to transfer cargo. If one of the two docking rails is a rotating docking rail this does not work.

Steps to reproduce
Create [core][cargo][rail docker]. Link Cargo to Rail docker.
Create [core][cargo][rotating rail docker]. Try to link cargo to rotating rail docker (this will not work).
Dock the two together: Will not transfer cargo (obviously, as the linking did not work).
