When I download the new launcher, whenever I try to launch it, it just does nothing.

Im using an Intel Latitude E6430 with a Nvidia 5200 M graphics processor. driver version 376.33.

Core is i7-3720QM

please start the launcher from a comand line with the added option --verbose to it. (or create a link and pass that option there)

then drag and drop the resulting "launcher.log" file from the launchers folder to an answer here please

Sorry for the late Response. I forgot about this question for a few days. I dont know how to create a command line or create a link to it. Anyways Here is the launcher log from my previous attempt;

yeah .. that is the useless empty log that happens without the --verbose option ;)

i assume you are using windows (because i have no clue about Linux or Mac)
you are using the latest launcher version, right ?


first create a shortcut for the launcher
then open the properties of the short cut with the right click menu
add the --verbose part (sorry only have a german screen cap for that)

. that is the picture of my properties thing. that looks exactly like yours but it said the name of the file path is not specified

There is still the C:\Users ... part in front of the launcher in the target line .. right ?

it tells me that the program has changed when I add the --verbose to the end

its a support problem anyways i guess.
either a faulty download of the launcher itself or permission problem on c:/Users ... maybe
