Starmade | Thruster plume effects can only be seen while the ship is being accelerated

Description

While not nessicarily a major bug, for some reason the new thruster plume effects are not visible from thrusters unless the ship is being accelerated, thruster plume effects should be able to be seen if the ship is in motion, not just when it is being accelerated.

Not really game breaking, but kinda ruins the point of having new thruster plumes.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Create a ship with thrusters where the plumes would be visible when used
  2. Accelerate the ship with thrust dampeners off (press and hold W)
  3. Stop accelerating the ship (let go of W)
  4. Observe the thruster plumes dissapearing even though the ship is maintaining speed
