Starmade | NPC Factions wont turn Hostile or Enemy

Description

Im flying around in a NPC Territory, im destroying all their stations, even the homestation. But not a single aggression against me. When i destroy shields on spacestations who have turret. they well temperory engage me. However the Faction turn natural to me again after 30 seconds.
i see alot of bypasser npc ships 2-3 km away. but they dont care at all.

  1. Attack a NPC faction thing

  1. nothing happens. no response FLeet shows up. and Diplomacy shows them as still neutral to me

Noticing this as well, I've shot the enemies a large number of times and they immediately turn back to neutral.

Was doing multiple tests from earlier and caught a couple other things in the meantime. I'll see if I can get some clearer logs in a bit.

Bug still exists as for current patch, also something rather strange in addition to it I'll report in another topic.

They now do turn hostile if attacked ... and try to harm you
(how efficient they are is another matter ;) )
