Registry | /users/ routes are incorrect

Description

The /users/ links (used in the launcher and likely elsewhere) 404, and have apparently changed to /user/.
The /user/ links, when hit from an external site, misdirect the user. Example, https://registry.star-made.org/user/password/new redirects to the last place the account logged in, e.g. https://starmadedock.net/
