Starmade | Directional Defensive Push/Pull Effect

Description

A long requested feature. The OP simply wants the defensive push effect to function much like weapon computers do and have the pushing direction change based on the direction of the push effect computer.

This would bring some versatility to the defensive push as currently its uses are very limited. This could also apply to defensive pull as well. It also goes without saying that this will only affect the defensive aspect of these effects. The offensive nature will remain as is.

Personal suggestion: I added that it should function similar to the After Boosts from Armored Core:For Answer. A fast directional boost used to get out of the way of incoming fire.
