I was on a planet working on building a factory (I just started playing the game), when I notice on my navigation that there's an enemy on top of me. I look over, and my ship is starting to fly itself around the planet, though it isn't going anywhere fast, just kind of bouncing around. There is still a ship on the ground, so I go and get in it and fly away. However, once in the air I realize that this is a copy of the only ship I've created a custom blueprint for (an earlier version of the ship now flying itself). So I land it, and somewhere around the time, a third ship appears, this one a copy of the more recent version, the first ship flying itself around. So I decided to exit and try to see if reloading it fixes it. I exited to the menu, and tried to reload... and everything crashed.

Steps to reproduce
Not very sure, it seemed like specific circumstances. Immediately prior to noticing my ship going hostile, I was using the 2nd tier factory (Standard?) to make one-ofs to learn what everything does.
