Launcher | Hashsums for Launcher should be made available

Description

The SM Launcher is downloaded over an HTTPS connection and thus you might think that there is no need to have hashsums available for it. But I still think that it would be useful to have SHA256sums still because of the need to check that the download hasn't become corrupted. So I think that the hashums should be made available for the Launcher.
