When having an install, and updating it to a version(at least with the latest starmade builds), and then updating it to the same version again, the launcher still selects files on the 2nd pass.
I suspect that there is something wrong with the hashsums, either some files lack them, and are reacquired by default, or the supposed hashsum is incorrect.
If this issue turns out to be OS dependent, I discovered it on ubuntu 14.04 64bit

Steps to reproduce
- start the launcher and update an install (I could always reproduce with release build v0.198.485)
- using the build version settings, choose DOWNLOAD SELECTED BUILD VERSION, while having selected the same version you just updated the install to
- observe as the launcher selects 1 or more files for redownload each time.

not an issue on Windows 7 64 bit.
on Ubuntu 14.04 .. update from 198.485 to itself always selects 179 files (around 8mb) and downloads them.

OSX test did result in redownloading 191 Files
