Starmade | Clientside setting for screenshot folder location

Description

Dropping all screenshots into the installation folder works, but as the installation folder also contains other files, it can get messy quickly.
As a solution, being able to manually change the screenshot folder location to any location accessible through the filesystem has been suggested.

As whole we agreed to it, as a useful feature and want to implement it.

Proposed behaviour:
by default a subfolder named:
/screenshots
will be used, but it will also be possible to use a custom path.
