Starmade | Enabling bloom OR Frame buffers disables background

Description

When launching I noticed I have a pitch black background,
assumed procedural background is broken, but it was bloom that caused it to go black.

toggle frame buffers

Bloom is broken

bloom off

bloom on

toggled with Tab-F4

the background and the sun vanishes

Toggling frame buffers on/off also toggles the background off/on

playing without frame buffers on amd cards isnt an option!

Toggling frame buffers on/off also toggles the background off/on
