When in multiplayer, the main chat log (T) will only display the first 100 messages sent. Any chat message sent after that will just add a blink line to the bottom. Chat messages still show up when first received on the main HUD.

Tested in singleplayer too now. On the left you can clearly see the nonesense I just typed in chat, which isn't visible on the right (chatlog does move up though)
Reason it ends at 98 is because the first message is me joining the server and I accidentally typed 33 twice.

Type forever to get to specified number of entries.

if u adjust the horizontal size of the chat window then the chat messages will reappear. hoping this will help find a permanent solution

that resize was a common way to get it back working.
Looks fixed, tried 200 entries and all my connected clients had their chat backlog intact. Something like 500-1000 entries needs to be tested at some point before release to be sure.
