What dock type are you using? You say "rail" so is that a rail basic?
If you're using a turret dock, it doesn't work (intended since that would give serious performance issues).

You mentioned "auto pull all" so does that mean you've set down a filter? Without it it won't pull.

Please ignore the previous comment, I do found the real problem this time.
It is the translation pack !!!!!

The auto pull list only have english, so when I use a chinese language pack
The block names are in chinese, then the blocks can't be pull.
I notice this with a incomplete language pack, the block with chinese character can't be pull and the english only ones can be pull.
I guess there should be a simple solution for this, let the pull system pull by block ID not block name.

Good find! I assume the same goes for normal pulling, on the same entity?

yes it does, it apply to all pull down menu, you can try with any language pack.
I believe all pull down menu have the same problem. eg. replacement block function at adv. build mode

Seems to be working fine now, probably fixed along the way since I remember doing something (or poking someone) about it. Works fine for multiple languages, both in SP and MP.
