When warping back to my home planet from a shop (I was right next to the shop) I would spawn on the planets lava surface and the side of the planet I was on had sunk into the planet core on an angle and I couldn't get it to undo this. It fixed itself the first time it happened a version or 2 ago but I don't know how. It also appears that the other sides have been inverted upside down maybe.
