This may be related to your name but when a server shutsdown, any fleet you created isn't there anymore after you log in again.
On the test server it was fine for a person starting with a lowercase letter, all fleets were gone for a person starting with an uppercase letter though.
I couldn't reproduce this in SP, both Lancake and lancake had the same fleets under their name and they appeared fine both times.
