I played on my personnal test server (localhost:4242)
From previous version to 0.197.52 I had already got a fps drop (from 180~160 to 50~60 fps) but some settings changes was maybe involved; however ping was still good (0~20 ping).
But there (transition from 0.197.52 to 0.198.131) with same settings, my localhost can't handle it no more. I suffer permanent latency drops which is occures around all the 5 seconds which are lags pike between 200~1000 ping. 50 fps drop to 10 fps really often. I waited 10 minutes to see if the situation was just server starting or persistent but it's persistent. It looks like something is or has become greedy between the 2 version.
