If you open up adv build mode and press number 3 key while there is no power blocks the game will hang with no error
Steps to reproduce this affect for testers:
1 Press Ctrl to open adv build mode while in a core with no other blocks
2 while that is open press number pad 3 key and the game should hang with no error in the log files or a pop up
