As in title; the text popups don't work for hotbars 2-10.
Notes / Instructions to reproduce:
- Both screenshots attatched were taken at the time of //scrollover//.
- The text popups still appear when you //mouseover// in the "T" menu.
- Happens with all systems; logic, dockers, etc. Anything you can drag to your hotbar.
- No issues found with hotbar 1.
