Originally issue is fixed but there's a little thing remaining, when it's over capacity, the message doesn't appear in red like it does for chests/factories and your inventory

To check this: Link your chest with a few cargo modules, fill it to the brim with items, unlink those cargo modules and it should be over capacity now.
