Setting client to:
LOCK_FACTION_SHIPS = false //If true, ships of other factions cant be edited, activated, or entered
overrides server setting.
Side effects:
Pilot marker gets removed, player moves at round about double speed
Access to almost all blocks and switchables get opened.
Storages, Logic gates, Display modules.
All block-update related actions are prevented server side.
