-after spawning in the game, enter a ship core and go to build mode -open the inventory screen -switch from survival to creative mode (this didn't matter if it was right after joining the game or after half an hour) -no other items in hotbar for creative mode -scroll down in the block-select screen to find the Console and Pipe blocks -drag the Console block on to the far left slot in the hotbar -drag the pipe added adjacent just to the right of the console on the hotbar -close the inventory screen and while in build mode look around and attempt to place the console block on the ship -game crashes shortly after adding them to the hot bar - only got to place the console block once

use ( {F8261} ) or enable Shadows (setting best in my test) 1. start by creating a new SP world with creative inventory enabled 2. enter that world and drag pipe and console to the hotbar from creative inventory 3. spawn in a core 4. try to enter core -- crash should happen here
