Its behavior changed a bit. Now it seems to visually close the menu, but the game still thinks it is there (can't control player/ship + mouse cursor still shows). How to reproduce: # open Escape Menu # choose Options # press ESC twice to exit -> Can't interact with anything, mouse cursor still shows To fix this you have to press escape twice again or press it once and then press "resume".

It's fixed for when you open the options menu by clicking the "options" button. It's not fixed for when you use the shortcut key.
