Since the last update for some reasson in all homebases/stations all plextorage blocks, plexdoors blocks and Factories blocks can be used with players outside the faction.
That´s a real worst issue ever if you can´t defend your things from stealers, if you put a plextorage or plexdoor over a ship works like before the update.
I check this over other internet servers, and for some reasson works fine.
