# on your map, go to a NPC faction owned system # put your mouse into the top right area (where the text of NPC system info appears) # try scrolling, you can't since you're "scrolling" in the text area instead although that's not the worst issue # while your mouse is in that area, go to a system that has no npc faction claim # try scrolling, you can't no matter where your mouse is
