Issue appears to be resolved as of Stable v0.198.219 hotfix #1. Client does not have loading crash, and appears to be functioning correctly.

Can confirm this issue is ongoing. Stable v0.198.219 (current as of 6/19) has this issue. Previous version v0.198.146 (as of 6/18) did not have this issue.
