Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

As title, Any Cargo that has been collected will remain invisible underneath its Cargo Space block and other Transparent blocks.

  1. Astronaut mode, showing cargo, as the Cargo Blocks become invisible

  1. The view seen from Build Mode, cargo no longer/patchy visibility

  1. Attempting to view cargo through glass

To reproduce:

  1. Spawn ship core, place storage, and 5x5 plane of Cargo Space
  2. Fill up the container, noting cargo visibility
  3. Place another layer of cargo space blocks above, and attempt to view the cargo from the top
  4. Remove second cargo layer, and replace it with a transparent block like Glass.
  5. Look again from the top, you should have difficulty in trying to even see the filled Cargo

-Validated-

This probably is the same issue we had before but this could be an exception with how cargo works and fill.

-Confirmed-

Invisible through other cargo blocks,
however not affected by glass for me.
So could be specific to that block type.

From merged duplicate, we should also see transparency through metal grill, and thruster plumes.

The top tends to be visible, while none of the sides of a 'full' cargo are rendered through transparent blocks, more details in T1015

Seems to be similar to T168

Yeah, similar, but I it could be a case where the shader skips the lightcalc for that plane. (making it invisible)

Like doors and metal grills currently do
