Starmade | tooltip not showing for ship hotbar 2 -> 10

Description

As in title; the text popups don't work for hotbars 2-10.

Notes / Instructions to reproduce:

  • Both screenshots attatched were taken at the time of scrollover.
  • The text popups still appear when you mouseover in the "T" menu.
  • Happens with all systems; logic, dockers, etc. Anything you can drag to your hotbar.
  • No issues found with hotbar 1.

-Confirmed-
-Go to a Ship that have actions in multiple bars
-Scroll over actions
-actions in bar 1 gives title, etc. additional bars have no title.
