Starmade | Missile with 100% pull/push/stop Do not have a "Hit Marker" upon hitting targeted ship
Confirmed task for development, Needs Triage/UnclassedPublic

Description

For some reason, a 100% Pull missiles (And other moment-effect missiles) are not showing a hit marker, And unlike with a Stop cannon or Stop beam, the Beam and cannon read 0 damage while the missile show the red text damage of 180 for 1 missile and 1 pull module (Or other moment-effect)

  1. Acquire any medium sized target block
  2. Build a ship consisting of power, missile PC and 1 module, Any/no slave, and 1 push/pull/stop effect module
  3. Fire at block with 100% Moment effect
  4. If close enough, notice damage NUMBERS but no Hit-marker. Depending on size, the target may move with respect to the firing ship.

I am unsure if this works with things like EMP effect, or other effects that deal 0 damage against hull as I have yet to test, and am currently unable to test

EDIT: Error in title wording

-Confirmed-

how to reproduce: The report is spot on, also full EMP and full ION effect (when firing on unshielded targets) on missiles will not show a hit indicator.
Seems in fact to be dependent if damage is dealt.

If Ion is doing that against hull, then by extension the Piercing Effect will register the same phenomenon against a shielded target?
