Description

The text shown in the news pane, when the launcher fails to load the news looks a bit strange and has some typos in it:

It is reproductible for me by turning off internet access on my machine.

However, this should be irrelevant with the new launcher, and a fix is not really required until we have to new launcher,
assigning it to @kramerc as its a current defect in release.
