Starmade | Clicking spawn multiple times after suicide generates multiple suicides
Closed, FinishedPublic

Description

#1
During a particular lagspike on the Red-Shift server i commited suicide to reach homebase quicker. Due to lag the spawn window would not disappear upon clicking so i clicked about 3 or 4 times. when i finally did spawn i continued with my business only to die randomly 3 times with the message that i had committed suicide. I have not been able to reproduce since this was dependant on the spawn window not going away.
#2
It's fairly hard to reproduce (since client artificial lag does not help), the menu does not disappear if the server hangs at that moment, allowing you to press it multiple times. After that you'll die randomly the amount of times you clicked it.

didnt retest for export again

would suggest that the client asks the server if he remembers the first death wish instead of sending a second one while the player is still (and not again) alive. ;)
