Starmade | can't move or rescale the player list menu (Tab)

Description

The player list menu can't be rescaled or moved if you just hold tab and move your mouse over its corners/sides. Nothing happens when you do that.

You can still open up any other menu (inventory for example) and when you hold Tab then, you can rescale and move it just fine.
