Starmade | logic related transparency issue

Description

serveur : Shattered Skies

Napther told me it was bound with warpgate bug but I have a big doubt it's anything with warpgate. Furthermore, I'm wonder if it wasn't already reported on the old bug site. That's remind me something, I'm quite sure I have already read a story like that.

All began with this blinking blue crystal armor. While behind others transparents blocks (some crystal wedge which did my ship's HUD), they were alternately rendered <--> no-rendered, like if they were there and next second no there (block-void).

It could've been another transparent issues (T925) but here it's gone pretty weird.
First because that blinking followed the EXACT same pace as the logic clock which been integrated to my ship.

It acted like that logic clock was link to the glass of the homebase's dome.
The forementionned logic clock was previously bound to a glass door wedge in front of the core ship. I made turn the system few row in order to see the result but then I had removed the glass door wedge, But as you can see I let the crystal glasses behind, and even if the glass door block was removed the blinking effect due to the rendering of the other transparent blocks (=when glass door was open) and no-rendering (=glass door close) might persisted on that crystal armor.

But the weirdest is about to come, when I got that bug i was able to pass-through the station, only few angles did few collisions here and there but nothing unbreakable. I could cross all the base walls and all ship docked on it. But not the other ships undocked, which makes me think that this is related to something from the homebase.

I have absolutely no idea how I produced that one; i relogged and the blue glasse dome stopped blinking and was unpenetrable that time.

That homebase was initially build cross sector but then had been re-centered, and that's bug happened few days after its recentering. I kept the logs but since it's multi don't know if it worth something.

I had succeed to reproduce partially the glitch at least on the blinking red crystal part from the hud. But that time the blinking phase was occured randomly. And I didn't breach the homebase.

lancake claimed this task.

-Rejected-

The ability to go through the homebase should be caused by the crossing sector borders. That usually breaks physics (especially after moving the station around some more. That's T371

That pulsating thing is weird though but what you see is that transparency issue. You're looking through a transparent block at transparent blocks. That will cause chunks to not render properly. That's T925

Can't really reproduce that logic clock thing though, probably some weird left over meta data?
I'll merge it with T925, will recheck the logic related issue with transparency when that receives a fix.
