Starmade | Cannot modify rotational thrust using out-of-ship thrust menu as astronaut

Description

When pressing 'R' on a thruster block to configure thrusters (rather than accessing the core and opening the menu from there), the slider to assign thrust to rotation is disabled and the value shows "n/a."

  1. put a thrust on a ship
  2. as astronaut, press R on that thruster and check rotational thrust setting

Shows you N/A if you're trying to use the thrust menu as an astronaut (pressing R on a thruster).

It's fine if you press R on them when in build mode (see T1142)

Thought it was T1142 that popped up again, but that one is fixed. It only shows N/A when you're an astronaut and try to use the thrust menu that way.
